The best mother and daughter book ever

Okay so we all know as mother's that being a female in general isn't easy.. but, being a growing child is something that makes it that much more difficult for some.

I have found the most amazing book 📖 and guide to a full years journey to; create, bond, 💜, learn about one another, self help for both mom and daughter, and just an all around complete guide and activity book for help with; building relationships, getting through difficult times and so many positive and healthy activities as well.. a true path of inspiration and guided journey to helping both mommy and daughter heal, work on themselves, their relationships and so much more! I hit the jackpot with this book! This is an absolute mommy must have and a great book for preteens- teenagers, especially those suffering from mental health issues, self reflection and esteem and just generally helping daughter's learn to express their feelings and grow.
