I do not enjoy reading whatsoever. BUT, I do enjoy doing work books, journals, self help books, etc..  I'm a mom of 4. I survived a toxic and abusive marriage and relationship of over 13 years of my life. I have been through every single up and down that you could possibly be in. I have gotten several of these books before but they just never got any use out of them.
